Lake Michigan shoreline park near Charlevoix with excellent Petoskey stone and Charlevoix stone hunting. The beach gravels are rich with fossilized coral (Hexagonaria percarinata and Favosites). Less crowded than Petoskey State Park. Six miles of rocky shoreline — among the best Petoskey stone spots in the state.
