Historic feldspar quarry in the Oxford pegmatite field, opened in 1927. Now operated as a periodic fee-dig locality. Noted for massive rose quartz and giant beryl crystals up to 11 meters long. Produces a wide variety of pegmatite minerals including beryl, aquamarine, rose quartz, smoky quartz, garnet, and many others. The quarry is now a water-filled pit with an upper and lower tunnel. Access by arrangement only.
