Primitive rockhounding site offering virgin ground exploration and good quality crystals. Not actively mined with machinery for many years; expect physical labor with pickaxe and crowbar. Must sign up at Crystal Seen gift shop on Highway 270 before heading to the mine. Parking at bottom of hill with hike required to collecting site. No facilities on site; leave no trace policy.
